A lifelong aviator, aeronautical engineer, and IT specialist,  James founded JGM Aviation LLC in 2005 to set the gold standard in contract support for Falcon operators worldwide.

With his entrepreneurial spirit and business skills, he aggressively expanded the client list to over 65 accounts in 3 years, establishing his reputation as the go-to source in the Falcon marketplace. He has been exclusively flying Dassault products since 2004 and is typed in all models except the 10/20 series.

His passion for teaching led him to work at both Flight Safety (2004-2009) and CAE (2015-2022), instructing both classic and EASy curriculums in the simulator and classroom. He was a TCE and SME on the DA-900 program at the Teterboro Learning Center.

James currently maintains FAR 61.58 PIC currency on all Easy models:  900/2000/7X/8X. He is an active CFII-MEI and is also Transport Canada licensed.

He graduated from NYU Tandon School of Engineering (formerly Polytechnic Institute of New York) with a bachelors in Aerospace Engineering, Cum Laude.
